Al Kisah...

Zahid, Tun M dan Najib ditangkap kerana beberapa kesalahan berat di Malaysia, jadi untuk jenayah berat mereka semuanya dijatuhkan hukuman 20 sebatan seorang.

Ketika mereka sedang menunggu sebatan, Hakim mengumumkan:

“Hari ini adalah hari jadi Isteri saya dan dia minta saya untuk membenarkan satu permintaan sebelum kamu disebat..”

Zahid yang pertama dan selepas berfikir seketika, dia pun berkata:

“Tolong ikatkan bantal dibelakang saya..” Bantal pun diikat tapi bantal itu hanya bertahan 10 sebatan dan Zahid terpaksa diangkat, berdarah dan menangis-nangis kesakitan.

Kemudian tiba giliran Najib. Apabila melihat Zahid dalam keadaan menderita, Najib pun tersenyum dan berkata:

“Ikatkan dua bantal di belakang saya..” Tetapi dua lapisan bantal itu cuma bertahan sehingga 15 sebatan dan Najib juga diangkat berdarah dan berteriak-teriak menangis.

Tun M yang terakhir tetapi sebelum dia berkata apa-apa, Hakim itu telah bercakap dahulu:

“Awak adalah yang paling pintar dan licik orangnya. Untuk ini, awak boleh minta dua permintaan!”

“Terima kasih Tuan Hakim.” Jawab Tun M. Untuk menghargai kebaikan tuan Hakim yang mulia, permintaan pertama saya ialah tuan berikan saya bukan 20 sebatan, tapi 100 sebatan!”

“Bukan saja awak seorang yang terhormat dan pernah jadi orang paling berkuasa suatu masa dulu, tapi awak juga seorang yang sangat berani” kata Hakim itu dengan rasa kagum kepada Tun M.

“Jika permintaan awak 100 sebatan, maka permintaan itu dikabulkan.” “dan apa permintaan awak yang kedua?” tanya hakim itu. Tun M tersenyum lalu berkata,

“Ikatkan Najib di belakang saya”!!!

Let's say some vendor punya application got problem

Then they ask you to give remote access and admin password to your server

Will you give it or not? And why?

OK the story like this:

The vendor updated their ERP system on server using normal user access I already allocated to them

Then somehow some clients got problem retrieving the updated files from shared folder for the ERP system

First vendor said antivirus problem; OK I disable antivirus ya.... no change

Then permission problem; OK I set the shared folder permission to guest, now all can access.... no change

Then vendor want to godek2 server setting see how, so please gib us your admin password.....wut? HELL NAW

Then vendor tak puas hati, talk to management like this like that

Management call me into meeting, question me why didn't give admin password, why so hard to give, just give them la, want to solve or not

I facepalm, said other company IT admin so easy to give admin password meh?

I finally solve the problem WITHOUT using admin access AT ALL

But now management don't trust me, thought originally me the one create the problem in the 1st place

I facepalm again, drafting resign letter as we speak (jk I need this job lol T_T )

Paper fell into fuel tank

As per title, I accidentally let a piece of paper (barcode sticker) fall into my bike's fuel tank.

Is it ok if I just ignore my conscience perasaan bersalah and just leave it in there?

Or do I really have to fish it out one way or another?

My right ibu jari kaki feelsa little numb since yesterday morning after wakeup, kinda like kebas kaki you get from duduk bersila too long but only for ibu jari kaki, others are fine. Can see that it's a little whiter also, maybe because of not enough blood.

Question: Is this serious?

Evil HR Manager wants me to gib admin password

The Rosmah-equivalent of my company's HR manager cum Deputy GM wants admin passwords for PCs and devices in the company as well as usernames and passwords for all email users by next week, of which all these while were kept and known by me and only me (for security purposes, the less people know the better) as part of the company's "risk management" policy.

Is this normal practice for other companies as well? Am I, as someone in-charged of network security and well-being, obliged to comply with her requests? I fear for the security of the network and users if this priviledged infos were to fall into the wrong hands such as hers. What can or should I do?
