Unable to reactivate 2nd HDD

Whole story:
i just reformat my laptop, however the laptop couldn't reactivate the dynamic drive & the error shown as in the image..
any sifu knows how to solve this?

Need a earphone that comes with mic. Any audiophile can recommend?
Price range: rm100-150
bass effect is not necessary but need to be good in sound and mic quality
usage: mostly used as handsfree but if quality is better my SonicGear earpump 2 then im gonna replace it
