Unifi Termination

Hi, need a solution for terminating my Unifi.
My unifi contract will end at 7 Sept 2021. I want the last payment to unifi on September. When is the earliest can I request for termination that will not make me have to pay October bill?

I've talked to Unifi livechat, but did not help at all.

Buzzing noise

I've noticed that my TX650M PSU has some very weird electrical kind of noise coming from it. Sometimes the buzzing noise come when my pc turned off. Is this normal?
