We are using Unifi RM149 per month...
But internet from router dissappear every few hours..must restart router then it works again..
is this problem from Telecom or is it a programming issue ??

Bad news for Dpines Condo buyers.
This week heavy rain caused massive flood in ground floor, causing few Gfloor units damage for wall plaster and paint. some cars not reachable. Some units reported water coming out from drain point inside bathrooms.
Pics were posted on condo group in facebook.
So sad for a new condo...As usual, developer blamed individual owners because they did not supervise the renovation contractors who clog sewers with debris and stones. This is developer claim to save his contractor from lawsuits...some tenants cannot wait for who did it, so they paid a premium to repair the damages...
The real bad news is once a condo floods, bad smell may become built in...so the condo no more feels new..This will destroy investment in this condo...market is already in the bottom of the ocean..so this is another nail in the coffin....condolences...shit happens ..

ATOS inokom Alarm system

This Inokom Atos 2006 ..
We are trying to remove alarm system from the car. following youtube general guide for aftermarket alarms, we need to just take off all connectors.
After disconnecting all connector (no wire cutting)..so things OK car works fine...but having one problem..the (DOOR OPEN) light on the dash even after car is truned off.
checked all door switches and engine cover switch all OK..
any advice please ?

Please be aware that Lazada is now helping fraud sellers.
My last 2 transactions reflect clear fraud by China seller & support by Lazada to fraudsters,
1- Seller somewhere puts (No Warranty).
2- Item defected, seller may sometimes agree to refund if you re-post item back to shit (China mainland)..which will cost you alot.
3- The most outrageous is I tried to write a review about the product to save other buyers from buying a shitty soldering iron cost me RM 50. 2 times I post a product review telling buyers this item does not heat enough and useless..2 times Lazada removed the review...

So be careful Lazada now adopting Ebay dirty games.

TM chasing me to upgrade service from RM149 to RM 179 package.

I refused over and over bcoz I do not need.
Now my home connection cuts alot and slowing down....
..Any one knows if this is a punishment or is TM shitty service getting more shitty ???

My boss has 22 years experience but only Bachelor degree.
recently being contacted by Manhattan Bay University
They offered a program called (experience - to - degree ) ..They claimed to grant him masters, even PHD depending on thorough assessment of his practical experience.(of course he must pay them)

google the university...they seem to have spend good money on website & reviews all over the net..but no info about credibility..
Can anyone advice ? my boss always wanted to be a PHD but working life took his time...

My friend (xpat professional working in KL ) found a Honda Accord 2005 for only 10K
The seller said he just need money and selling below market.
but he asked the xpat to give the 10K +a copy of his passport and then seller said will do all the paperwork for extra 1K
is this a scam or is it a safe deal ?
how can he do all the process at JPJ without the buyer xpat showing his face there...
