CONDITION: The phone dropped into water and I have yet to try turning it on, it is still in a dry bag with dehumidifier, with the casing opened. Warranty: Bought during launching on the first day, but due to water damage, NO WARRANTY.

3-5 May 2014 - Seller asked for photos, after sent I insisted refund, Seller keep asking to wait, need to check etc. No more reply on PM from him anymore.

5 May 2014 - PM from PoloRLMAN: Hey bro, We are the selling Polo RL stuffs... Please check properly for the real fact and our other clients was no have the problem with complain fake stuff.

We will refund but i hope give us time to check for all and another clients... Because not just your personal get this problem if anothet had it too.... Thanks for your patient and cooperated.

5 - 12 May 2014 - All correspondences was with PoloRLMAN. I insist to get my refund or else will lodge police report. Seller insist their stocks are original and informed they need to check, wait for new stock then only refund. And he sent me this as proof they are checking with supplier:

Immediately i spotted this as order confirmation from Livingsocial/Groupon like. I confronted this to him and there were no more replies from him. He blocked me from Whatsapp, of which later on i found out he removed his Whatsapp account as well.

So I sent him SMS, told him i will make police report. He replied will refund in a week. His explanation was they were given fake stock. I keep insisting immediate refund but keep getting excuses and reasons, including him being in Singapore etc. But i called his number it didn't sound like overseas tone. I gave him deadline, or else i will be making police report.

15 May 2014 - Full refund received. I asked for address to send the shirts back, and he said there's no need, they bear all responsibilities.

Bad Experience with Lelong Seller Esupply

Having gotten into the habit of online shopping and G-Shock craze, bumped into this seller Esupply on Lelong with some models of interest but instead got the worst customer service ever:-

1st Case: G-Shock GDX6900MNM Eminem Limited Edition
Seller Esupply advertised the watch at RM949. I placed order and after few reminders to the seller, he cancelled my order given reason "unavailable", but the watch is still being listed, now price increased to RM1,299! I asked for explanation and seller claims that is the price of new stock.

2nd Case: G-Shock GSET30
Item advertised at RM1,199, I placed order, same day got confirmation and I paid with NETPAY (credit card). Remark from seller, item will be SHIPPED OUT within 2-3 working days. 3rd working day no news, I sent reminder to Esupply and he replied:-

Greetings.

For your order updates ,we are waiting for the stock arrival from our supplier.
We will ship out your order as soon as we receive the watch.

And I was like what? No stock but took my payment? So i replied him this:-

QUOTE

This was not stated in your sale, despite saying it will be shipped out within 2-3 working days. I demand full refund immediately and payment shall be done only when your stock arrives.

And Esupply immediately CANCELLED my order, claim to have made refund instruction to NETPAY and PUSHED the entire responsibility to NETPAY:-

We will cancel your order and refund has been made instructed through NETPAY, they will refund the payment back to your payment card.
For refund status , please direct contact NETPAY.
Reference : NP912126 .

Thereafter i put in a bad rating on Esupply, made a complaint through Lelong and below the "story"-

And clearly he is lying to explain himself, firstly he did not inform me on the stock issue until the 3rd working day when I first sent him reminder, and he did not inform stock on the way, he just told me it would be shipped out once arrive, with no indication when. And i was never informed about this BEFORE i paid as he claimed.

Following that there were couple of emails from Esupply and Lelong, and today I got one with correspondences that was not copied to me, and guess what I saw:-

He called me a "NONSENSE BUYER" when i paid for the product in advance, not knowing he doesn't even have stock, and I asked for REFUND, not cancel, till his stock arrives, but now he is accusing me of asking to cancel the order. And now, he pushes the responsibility to refund to NETPAY and has the audacity to ask me to follow up myself!
