Building RM4000 RIG

Hello guys. I want your suggestion on my budget to build a rig mostly for heavy editing i.e After Effect, Premier Pro, etc and sometimes for game.

I have a budget of RM 4000, is it enough to build this? Minus the cost for hard drive and optical drive.

I also plan on taking ssd.

hello all.

my problem is my screen start jumping whenever i start playing pes2014 or any games. if leave it idle with no programs running, it was fine.

but when i start play games, it went crazy. the screen start jumping then showing white grey line and then blank and froze.

at first, i thought monitor problem but when i connect with another monitor, the same problems occur.

i already re format and re install updated driver for the graphic card but still the same.

fyi, my rig is new and all the parts are new.

my graphic card is sapphire hd6870 1gb gddr5.

hope anyone can help.
