For Maxis One Prime to Port-Out (MNP)

You will need to change your plan from Prime to Normal Postpaid plan before porting out (MNP).
I have go through all the possible options available and none works. To change plan, do it at your nearest Maxis Centre. Call 123 to change is a waste of time, their can't help you.

Can I have unifi and maxis on same BTU? I'm thinking to have maxis installed before terminating my unifi account, as I don't want to left my house without internet for a day or two.
