whatsapp recovering chat history issue

hi...something went wrong for my whatsapp recently...

when i try to backup my chat history...the whatsapp will pop out a msg n asked me to "begin recovery of chat history", n keep ask me to "try again" while recovering until abt 6%..n asked me to delete the app n reinstall in after several time of "try again"

den it will back to normal after openthe whatsapp again...

this issue keep happening for these few days

anyone faced this problem b4?pls help...worrying my chat history will all gone...

if i am not mistaken..this issue started after i tried to open my whatsapp in whatsapp web few days ago.

anyone here has idea how to solve this issue?
