Legal advice on unpaid overtime

Hi all,
I would love to request information on legal authority which can help me on my case. I have been working with this company for 3 months and I almost have overtime work everyday usually until midnight or the next morning. However we are not paid extra for our overtime. What actions can be taken since we are just small employees? Even my senior working for 3 years is treated like this as well, her wages is not even close to RM3K per month!

Extra bone beside the nose

Guys I have a problem that has been troubling me for almost a week.

The story goes like this, I experienced pain at where the spectacles are being held (nose area) 2/3 weeks ago. It is visually visible. At first I think it was just a regular pimple so I ignored it. But I discovered that area has been swelling since a week ago, its not actually swelling but THERE IS A BONE COMING OUT FROM NO WHERE!!! So yesterday I went to Hospital Tuanku Jaafar (general hospital in Seremban) to let a doctor to diagnose it. Before being referred to Hospital Tuanku Jaafar, I went to the Klinik Kesihatan for the initial checkup procedure, the doctor over there insisted that it is a pimple and referred me to dermatology department. However due to my curiosity I requested for a confirmation from the dermatology specialists about the extra bone growing at the area. The dermatologist said that it is not a skin issue, I should be referred to ENT instead since she also feel there is an extra bone coming out from nowhere near the area.
The ENT specialists took a look at my swollen bone area and she did some simple diagnostics (breathing check, scoping etc). She said it is not a problem since my breathing is normal and she thinks that the extra bone will not grow any bigger.

So guys, anyone of you have been experiencing the similar condition as mine? I would appreciate the replies.

Trusted forex brokers in m'sia?

Im a newbie who just started looking into forex a couple of weeks ago. Still messing with demo account and learning. Just a typical question by most of the newbies, are there any trusted brokers in Malaysia itself? I have a friend of mine asking me to join T1FX which he claims that his company uses a robot system to trade automatically. What caught my attention is that the profit is always there and less losses. I've done some research on the robot system and I found alot of positive comments. Enough with the positive ones, the negative comments that I've got from one of the most popular chinese forums are most likely telling me that RCFX, KBFX, T1FX, blablablafx... are all scams. I'm also aware that they are using MLM. I have no intention in investing my hard earned part time money in Forex for now since I'm a very cautious person and a student as well.
Hope that someone will clear my doubt. Thanks in advanced.
