http://forum.lowyat.net/ Thu, 05 Nov 2026 19:31:25 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2808122 <span style='font-size:8pt;line-height:100%'>[size=7]i hv ask an agent to help me apply license 1yr ago for my cafe operation in DBKL and hv pay all the money partial in cash and bank trf due to the agent say must pass to him before he can proceed it and its normally toke abt 1-2 weeks will get the DBKL license.The fee according to him is ard RM 1,500 and 750 for runner fees (which i only know is damm high compare to mkt price)<br />But aft i open my cafe ard 1 mth i hv cal him abt the license process and he told me will proceed as soonest ans ask me to gv him more time cause may ned to wait for approval and if any saman i face he sure will handle for me.<br />After tat while i am busy for my cafe matters i hv mostly forget this matters and only remember the agent havent pass me the DBKL License till todate aft ard 6 mths of my shop operatiorefund thn.<br />I hv cal the agent and i only notice he totally forget to apply the license for me and somemore the DBKL oredi issued me an saman for operating without getting the permited license.<br />I keep calling the agent cause i hv given all the money and info for him to apply for me but he keep delaying me till i hv no choice to get the License myself at DBKL center.<br />I ask the agent to refund all the money to me but he seem dont want to refund me and keep delaying in pyt even had promise every time i cal .<br />Even when I hv told him i will report to polis and post in FB abt this cases he also say he not scare maybe he think i wont do that .<br />I really very angry for this person but i dunno wat i can do now cause i only hv his name,contact and IC no.<br />Can any ppl help me or give me some idea whether i ned to report to polis and will they help us to settle it or there is any others idea i can hv to let him refund me the money.</span> jessgoh83 Serious Kopitiam Sat, 11 May 2013 15:06:36 +0800
