My company has signed up the Celcom First BIZ Pi148 with device iPhone 4s for staffs, including me. The plan was contracted for 2 years since early 2012 and ended on early 2014.

Then, there is some changes in the our company policy that requires the staffs to have the mobile account under staff's own name. So I proceeded to make the change on June 2014. Although there is some hassle in the process, but at the end the account was changed to under my personal name by continuing the same plan.

Last Sunday, I have registered to port out my current mobile number from Celcom to Umobile. However I got a message of my number porting request for rejected by Celcom. And today I was shocked to find out from Celcom that when I change the account to my personal name on June 2014, I have tied in for another 2 years contract and the contract only ends on June 2016. The reason given by Celcom is the Biz Plan is not meant for personal, if a person want to sign up the plan need to contract for 2 years.

And while I do my transfer of account at Celcom service center, the staff didn't mention about this at all. None of a word of "new contract", "2 years", etc. was mentioned.

I have visited that Celcom service center again but was told that they can't do anything for me. If I wish to terminate, will have to pay for penalty of RM500 or more.

Now what can I do before I lodge a complaint to CFM and MCMC? Anyway, will they accept this kind of complaint and does anyone have experience on lodging a complaint on these platform?

Hi Sifus,

My Spec:

Proc: Intel 2700k with CM Hyper 212 Evo Turbo
Mobo: Asrock Z77 Extreme4
PSU: Tagan Piperock 600W (TG600-BZ)
RAM: Kingston Value RAM 1333Mhz 2gb x 2
Video: MSI GTX560 ti Hawk
HDD: Seagate SATA II 500gb & 250gb

Here is the story. This morning I decided to leave my pc on for downloading while I go to work. Before I leave my room, the pc suddenly turned off without shutting down and it is not able to turn on ever since then. I have tried the casing and mobo power switch. There are no any led lights on or any fan turns including PSU.

I have run a few tests:

1. Only 1 RAM inserted and tried every slot - not working.
2. Paper clip test on PSU 24pin connector - PSU's fan turns and lights up.
3. Tried with another mobo and proc (AMD Phenom II 955be and MSI 870-G45) - The system powers up and I am able to get into bios (didn't plug in HDD).

These are the only things I could think off. Can I conclude it is the mobo giving me problem and RMA it? Is there any Asrock warranty point in MY or I have to deal with reseller?

Any advise/suggestion from sifus?
