Black screen when load downloaded/installed games

Hi,

Checking if you guys having same problem. If connected to xbox live, I cannot play any downloaded or installed games, it turn Black screen. And it freezes there, cannot go back to dashboard and the only way is turn off console. Anyhow, playing games from disc or offline are fine.

Things Ive done,
1. Uninstalled latest update from hdd then re install update on memory
2. Clear cache
3. Reset by pressing power button more than 10 sec
4. Unplug per cable
5. Tried play game from hdd or memory
6. Format hdd.. include take out hdd and re insert

bottom line as long as xbox live is connected I cannot play downloaded or installed games, even when not signed in any user.

Any advise?

Xbox 360 freezes when login into xbox live

Hi,

Need some pointer, I have Xbox 360 slim 4gb.. last nite someone turn it off while im downloading game..

Now it cannot login with my xbox live user.. any xbox live user..

things that ive done,

1. clear system cache
2. remove hdd
3. remove xbox live user
4. redownload xbox live user
5. format memory
6. turn off and wait more than 30 sec before turn on
7. contacted xbox suppport.. it says hdd corrupt.. but dun think so, coz all other parts is fine.. except xbox live login
8. network test to xbox live OK
9. skip login or login with local user is OK
10. all corrupted data removed

but it keep freezes right after it says im logged in..

any advise?
