Where to rent to work at KL wisma lee rubber

Working temporary at Wisma Lee Rubber 1 Jalan Melaka 50100 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
I am from other state and going to stay in KL for 3 months from October 2015 onwards. I am a total noobie on KL roads. Prefer place that can ride a bus / mrt to wisma Lee and inside 3km radius.
Budget rm700 per room. Any condo or apartment that is at convenient location will do.

Where can i rent to stay near the vicinity of the above mentioned location?

Anyone know the condo name?

I open this thread as i could not find any relevant thread about this project at jalan ampang.

Infomation i obtained.

rm950 psqf for duplex unit 2 rooms studio type 900sq. ft , 22 ft ceilings, 80% furnished.

Total 3 blocks with commercial shop lots at the bottom. 2 blocks are residential and 1 block is SOHO( fully sold).

Agent said bank valuation is at rm1400sq ft and they give discount 30% at roughly rm900k per unit of duplex. Full loan is available for investment purpose.

Completion will be next year. Maintenance is rm0.35, 1 car park included.
LRT is in walking distance. MRT is coming up also.

Utilities rates are between residential and commercial. can anyone clarify this? example electric, water, internet.

25 minutes drive to KLCC tower.

Is it worth to invest?

Second business for sole proprietor GST issue

Hi readers,
I am contemplating to set up another trading business in the near future. I foreseen the sales will not be up to 500k sales/year in first two years of start up. My first registered businesses nature does not require gst charges to customer and is well below 500k threshold. However, different case will be applied to due to the nature of second business. Thus, i have to charge / pass gst charges to customer instead of absorbing myself. What bordering me is, should i or could i register for GST for a mere, say 200k annual sales of new start up company?
