Hey everyone,

When you look for products, especially when you are going to apply them on your face, make sure you look for products that contain no chemicals. the long term effects of some chemicals are dangerous because it penetrates into skin and gets into the blood, can cause cancer, damage in reproductive organs....etc

It's not just what you eat, it's also what you put onto your skin.

Here are some chemicals to avoid (so you can see the ingredients before you buy from the shelves):

silicons, mineral oils, propylene glycol, PEG, phthalates, BHT - BHA, EDTA, chlorphenesin, parabens, phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbate, dehydroacetic acid, triclosan, sorbic acid, benzyl alcohol.... etc
