Just wanted to check if anyone had gone through this program and whats the interview process, job pay, job culture, etc. Do they rotate you between roles or they pick a department for you and you stick to it throughout the program?

I'm thinking of applying for the temporary graduate visa (485) which I feel is a scam! (so dam expensive!!!), but since the opportunity is given, might as well try. I quite unclear about the application process, and I hope some sifus who had done it before and shed some light on it .

From the information listed on the site, I understand that need to be in Australia at the point of application and when the result for the visa application is made.

My question is,

1. How long does it normally take for the application to be processed?
2. Must I be in Australia throughout the application process? I mean, I can't work so I'll need to goyang kaki, and its expensive. Can I stay in Malaysia while I wait the outcome of my application?
3. Since its online application, must I be physically in Australia to apply? Or is it just more of a guideline.
