KL vs Penang. Which place has worse traffic?

I'm interested to know which place has worse traffic (purely out of curiosity), especially during rush hours.

Majority I have found online tend to say both places are bad, but very few actually compare them. Those that do, some actually say Penang is worse. That's why I would love to hear more opinions on the matter.

From what I observed, KL traffic is bad because of long trips and the large number of cars on the road. The large number of highways and traffic lights exacerbate the travelling too.

Penang traffic is bad because roads are super small plus they are shared with insanely large volume of motorcycles and buses, restricting the cars' movements. In the morning it took me 1 hour to travel a mere 11.8 km from my house to my workplace.

Just curious, anyone care to share your experience? Especially since if you've been to both places?

p/s: not sure if this is the right place to ask. Please do tell if it isn't.

Excel Macro - Need Help

Okay I am extremely stupid in using Microsoft Excel, so please treat me as someone who has zero knowledge on it and I would really appreciate it if you guys could avoid using any jargons that I wouldn't understand.

I need help with something: How do I allow a macro VBA code to change whenever I change a cell value?

Let's say that I have a macro which would generate A,B,C,D,E in cell A1,B1,C1,D1,E1 respectively. If I were to change "A" to "W" in cell A1 in the spreadsheet, how do I automatically save the changes in the VBA code without opening it? And when I delete the data and rerun the macro again, it'll generate W,B,C,D,E instead of A,B,C,D,E?

Would appreciate any help.

STPM Statistics

I'm confused here regarding some topics as different books appear to be explaining it differently and google does not help much. All I am led to are websites which contradict each other as well, so I'm now opting for a different approach.

Here's some of my questions.

1) For hypothesis testing on sample proportion, do we need to do continuity error?

Let's say I have a question here:
Samsy Company claimed that at least 95% of the parts which the company supplied on contract to car manufacturers conform to specifications. A random sample of 500 parts was tested, and 49 did not meet the specifications. Can we accept the company's claim at a 5% level of significance?

What's my p-bar? (500-49)/500 or (500-49-0.5)/500?

2) When finding a confidence interval for a sample proportion, is continuity correction needed?

3) Can someone please explain what's "degree of freedom" in chi-squared test. We are taught to use it but are never taught about the definition of degree of freedom.

4) Does the Central Limit Theorem assume that a large sample approximates a normal distribution, or does it state that a large sample approximates a normal distribution?

Would appreciate any help. =)

I realise there's no post for upper 6 this year, and I wanted to create one.

We, the first batch and the white mice, should gather and discuss everything we have problems with because the first batch of students have no leads and examples on assignments and projects, and a lot of our teachers are not very keen of helping.

I'm new to this forum too, hope you guys don't mind.

STPM second semester exam in two weeks later! Everyone let's work hard for it!

Just Visiting By PA + CHEM + MT + PHY
