Software iOS 6.1.4, never before Jail-Broken. <br /><br />Outright purchase from Celcom Blue Cube Sunway Pyramid.<br />Box set includes, new Apple Ear Pot (unused), default Lightning Cable charger.<br /><br />No problem or malfunction on Power Button. Home Button mechanism works perfectly. Volume (+), (-) button are functioning well. Mute/Unmute clip, no problem.<br />No scratches on the screen. Thus far, I have not encounter nor experience any unusual about the iOS software and dead pixel. FYI, the iPhone 5 comes of Third batch.
