China's baby dumping center

i just came across an article and after reading it ,...it reminds me of the recyling center near my town, where you just drive by and throw in your unwanted things into a chute.Later on,the local municipal staff would come and bring to recycle or as donations to the needy. But this time ,its unwanted babies - both healthy and sick been abandoned at these " safe heaven" centres in major cities of China ,eg like the one at Guangzhou. Almost everyday, the staff there would find one or two babies been abandoned. Latest update is the "safe heaven" center is currently closed because of "full-house" . Is this to be blamed by China increasing population (getting to 1.4 billion soon ) or human's attitude or lack of family planning education. My opinion is that,China shouldnt have come up with this kind of "drop - in - and -run- off " centre in the first place and should opt for an open receiving centre where every unwanted child goes through a proper registration system. What say you forumates ?

Pyrokinesis is REAL
I wonder if anyone of you have ever witness a firestarter before ,but i did and i believe this special power exist ,either by years of practice or been chosen . The first time i witness this was at a roadside. This Chinese man(looks like a sifu) with long hair and goatee was actually promoting/introducing his talisman . He takes a piece of newspaper, tear them up in shread and then crumples them together, put them on the ground and then with a sudden jerk of his body at the same time directing his fingers at the newspaper....it caught fire ! I came across again this Sifu after many years and this time,of coz he is looks much older and frail. He did the same stunt or you can call it - pyrokinesis, thats the last time i ever saw him again. Then again,, just last year, i saw two Chinese nationals performing the same stunt - pyrokinesis. They introduce themselves as ex-shaolin monk and this time they did more than the newspaper-lights-up . the public were invited or bystander(who were willing to volunteer) and i saw them jumping or jerking when the Chinese nationals use their hands to transfer heat to parts of the bystander body. I knew one of the bystander (from my area) so thats prove hes not working in cahoot with them.
here a link, check it out : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gid-Ag082lo . Do let me know if anyone of you had come across such performance.
