Hi guys, im looking for a tv box stick type that is good for travelling. I would prefer it can use plex app as i will play 4k files from my pc. Is this new xiaomi mi stick 4k 2nd gen ok?

Also plan to use all my streaming acc on it( netflix, apple tv and prime video).

Hi, i might get a job posted in Qatar, and since qatari riyal is pegged to USD, to transfer qar outside to USD account seems like is the best way to go as the exchange rate of qar to usd is fixed and probably like 1 cent diff. May i know in Malaysia, is there any bank with multi currency account offer to be able to receive USD?

Wanna ask those who experienced working abroad in middle east what is the best way to transfer money back to malaysia.

I saw hsbc premier and advance account can do seamless instant transfer with no fees but to maintain the account is difficult.

Hi, recently I have passed interview and generally agreed on commercial for a job offer in Qatar, awaiting client approval. The company is McDermott. I will be based in Doha but often travelling as my work may require me working outstation or offshore.

Anyone worked there before can share what should i prepare and what can i expect in terms of cost of living, transportation etc? I will be relocating alone. The offer is like 30k QAR is an all in package with basic and fixed allowance for housing and travelling, not including offshore and outstation allowance. Annual return ticket those as basic.

This is first time i working abroad in the Gulf, so i would love to hear from anyone who worked there before.

Hi guys, im using panasonic ew1511 oral irrigator. but the batt quite bad already, and i bought replacement batt seems like not working cannot charge. so thinking change new one. i dunno shud buy back same or buy china brand one like oclean or xiaomi seems more sleek and portable, just dunno how is the pressure and jetting.

Hi guys, wanted to ask is it roaming is always high latency regardless of which telco? Im working in brunei, their local carrier and internet is very expensive. Im on digi roaming now but thinking switch to umobile hopefully it will be lower latency. But not sure also will it be better. Any ideas?

Hi guys, for netflix, if my account is created in Malaysia, and i wan share with my friend who is residing in malaysia, but i add on rm13 per month. But if i owes go to brunei and watch netflix there weekdays, but weekend back malaysia normally, will it affect both me and my friend?

Hi guys, i am looking at ways to transfer my money from Brunei to singapore as i do not want to keep my money here, their FD rate 12month is 0.15% lol.. i also don wan to keep my money in RM, cos RM now is really not in good shape. The bank charges for telegraphic transfer is really high.. I have came across this moneymatch, seems like they have open a branch in Brunei, but worry about how legit it is. they charge 3bnd per transaction, and since no exchange rate involved, it is pretty good rate there. If u guys have any recommendation do let me know ya. thanks!

Hi guys, im looking to replace my family living room 55inch TV. They dont really watch good quality content, but time to time someone may watch disney hotstar or netflix etc. But i think can have decent PQ for HDR and good color, don have to be top quality. Can recommend? Size wise i think current 55inch shud be ok or 65inch max already enough.

I am looking at something around 3-4k, but can stretch to 4.5 4.6k if the quality difference is there, since it was like 10years ago already the TV. Currently eyeing on model like hisense u7h, toshiba m500l, maybe u guys can recommend me some other.

PC and Network Lagging

Hi guys, i know it is quite hard to describe, i just wanna know what is the problem of my laptop. My laptop is Lenovo Legion Y520, CPU i7-7700HQ, 16gb ram, gpu 1060 3gb max-q.

Lately i feel my pc keep lagging, and the network speedtest result is like 1mbps or less. this happen when i run game like genshin impact, or Ragnarok online if i open 2 client, the google chrome cannot open website. Is it possibly some problem with my CPU? I felt like it cannot multitask. i tot is network adapter problem, i switch to usb one, also same. Whenever running something using CPU load like gaming, then i cannot surf edi. if i inside play game, the game no lag, but this genshin impact, i can feel is becos need to download ingame patch, and the ingame updater only run at 64KB/s lol. And my background steam downloading game also will halt, and show network unreachable.

So i tried also i close genshin impact, everything went back to normal. My steam downloading return to full speed, everything ok. Any ideas guys?

Hi guys, i am already in day 4 quarantine today. i wanna ask if it is possible to request to quarantine at quarantine centre if my caregiver is above 60years old? i see there garis panduan say is caregiver not suitable if more than 60, but the KKM never ask me to go quarantine centre, and they never ask to declare whether u suitable quarantine home or not.

Hi guys, i saw shopee alot those drill less wall hook i plan to hang my speaker on the main beam, i think main beam shud be hard to drill.. the speaker around 2.5kg only maybe include cable weight 3kg. The beam is painted cement type. Quite smooth la maybe abit dusty, should be okay?

Knnccb this foodpanda i checkout pay it said failed tried 2nd time also fail then i change another card, fail again. Then suddenly all the bank notification sms come out my card kena charged. Wat the fuk knnccb foodpanda u doing? Anyone having same problem?
