This GTX670 is semi-functional but has one main issue so far. When plugged in to a monitor, the display has black borders that appear around it. Otherwise, it works. So far, no other issues have been detected but I cannot guarantee that this is the only issue as this is the only issue I have found so far.

The charger is functional but its cable has frayed; it has been fixed with heavy-duty tape so this is no longer a problem.
