Import customs tax (PC components)

I recently purchased some computer parts from the US (delivered by DHL).

Now the courier is asking me to pay duty fees when he delivers my items. As far as I know, there is no duty tax for CPU parts, and even if I have to pay duty, don't they normally hold my items at customs?

Ownership Transfer

Hi guys,

If I'm buying a second hand car from an individual, what is the best way to go about with the ownership transfer? Do I need to send the car for a Puspakom inspection? What about road tax and insurance, is that transferable from the old owner to me, or do I need to re-register?

Any thing important that I should know? Thank you so much in advance!

Proton Preve vs secondhand vios/city

Hi guys,

Currently deciding between a brand new peeve and a secondhand vios or city. The price comes up to about the same. Which would be better? I've heard good things about the preve, but the lack of torque at low speeds is kinda putting me off.

Any suggestions?
