How to remove molds from old photographs?

Hello, I would like to ask for advise how to remove molds from very old photographs. I had a serious roof leak recently at home and it unfortunately damaged one of my grandparent's framed photograph. I had to use a pen knife to remove the photograph from the frame as it's full of mold now.

I'm really heartbroken that this happened and I'm looking for ways to properly remove the mold without further damaging the photograph, and likely look for any shops that specializes in repair/restorations of old photographs.

Is there a service in Malaysia whereby they can accept parcel from overseas and then mail it to my actual address? I'm looking to receive an item from a friend from overseas, but I'm not yet comfortable giving away my real home address for the time being. So I would like to enlist a third party to receive the parcel for me, and then mail it to me.

J&T major delivery issues?

Recently found out on J&T's FB page that a lot of customers' items are stuck in J&T's hubs not getting any updates on tracker for days. J&T has always been very efficient to me, items always delivered within 1 to 2 days even during public holidays/Sundays.

Two of my friends who bought something on Shopee recently to be delivered via J&T haven't got their item even after a week.

Any online sellers can perhaps shed some light what's happening? I highly doubt it's solely due to MCO/RMCO restrictions, Poslaju delivered my items without issues few days ago.

Only managers and supervisors WFH?

I'm trying to give the government benefit of doubt here and just assume that when the government say "managers and supervisors", it's just a catch-all phrase that they use for people within that job scope.

Some of my colleagues feel that the government is trying to insinuate the health and safety of bosses or people at higher positions are more important than us, and those who are not part of this list of "important people" have to come to work and take a swab test.
