Need reliable and responsible electrician

My house almost completed renovation. The wet works, wiring and main plumbing all done.
Problem is, the finishing for the wiring work is not that good. Example, wall lights are not properly installed, some wall switch are not installed neatly.

I want to look for another electrician to come touch up all these works - the final touch ups.
I do not want to look for my previous electrician anymore as he is no good.

Please, can someone recommend a really good guy to complete the finishing touch ups of these items? It will include installing my water heater as well.

Econax WC installation not successful

I bought 4 sets of Econax C85 10" wc. But during installation, I could not connect the tank to the bowl without the tank wobbling losely. The rubber circle which is used to placed between the tank and the bowl seems to be too thick, and I'm not able to screw both tigthly together.

Anyone has any experience with this?

Iron grille for courtyard?

I have a courtyard area, something like a huge air well, which is open air. This is situated somewhere at the back of the house, between the kitchen and laundry area.

we all live in malaysia, and eventhough it's gated guarded area, we can never feel safe.

I was thinking how should 'seal' the perimeter of the air well / courtyard from top.

Use iron grille?
use wood? Balau / Resak?
Use invisible grille? But invisible grille is easily cut and robbers or thieves can always cut and jump into my house area.

The purpose is to prevent thieves from jumping into my house from that area but to maintain the open concept.

Here is a picture of the top part, to give everyone an idea what i'm referring to.

Any suggestions and recommendations or experience is very much recommended.

Aces Loc

This company called Aces Loc Sdn Bhd is a dealer for wood decking and laminated flooring. The brand that they sell is very good, but their services suck big time. I am NOT their competitor. I am just a person who has paid them RM500 deposit for their services from a renovation exhibition.

I tried calling them several times, could not get. Called their office leaving message but was never returned call. When my dad finally got hold of them and scolded them for their poor service, they sent an inexperienced sales person to my house. I am doing wood decking and my area is complicated. The sales person could not answer most of the question we posted.

Really bad service. I rather forgo the RM500 and get a better company to install for me. I really lost confidence in this company. So avoid this company called Aces Loc.
