Building bobber in malaysia

So i've recently got really into all these custom bike scene(bobber n chopper) in malaysia,

Might getting a used japanese cruiser to kustom it,
Does jpj certified bobber bike on the road?

Most probably im going to cut the rear fender only
It is possible to get thru jpj?

I have seen some chopper builders in malaysia to build bike with vintage engine (shovel panhead etc)
And it's very obvious that they have chopped some part of the frame i believe

I know there are 5 shapes of minor pentatonic scale
But what about major pentatonic, i look thru all the sources
It shows the same as the minor pentatonic

Let say the key of the song is in c major
Does c major and minor pentatonic shapes share the same function ?
