should we buy the CD duplicator and CD labeling machine ?

we can say it seems as an virus
whenever i turned on internet conenction
and turned on "system restore"
then pc auto turn off event happened

when used spybot,
a) microsoft.windowssecuritycenter.antivirusdisablenotify
b) microsoft.windowssecuritycenter.antivirusoverride
c) microsoft.windowssecuritycenter.firewalldisablenotify
d) microsoft.windowssecuritycenter.firewalloverride
e) microsoft.windowssecuritycenter.updatedisablenotify
they all are listed as spybot
thus, i removed all of them

thus, i used zone alarm,
it is the "svchost.exe",
when allowed to be acted as server,
auto turned off event happened

my avg virus cannot be updated

when used online trendmicro,
halfway scanning,
it already shut down

please advise what to do ?

I am a O2 Xda IIs Windows Mobile user. My PDA has been stolen, i lost all my data. However, i did backup my data in one file in my pc (WinXP Pro). Any expert know how to retrieve the data from my PC without PDA ( Windows Mobile) ?
