I read the articles and find the solution useless and bound to fail for not looking into actual cause of divorce.

Those uglies married pretty just because the the wimminz pretty & uglies have money would fail.

Those pretty wimminz married guys that have monthly income high enough to pass materialistic wimmiz requirements or rich will fail.

The good person married bad person or vice versa would fail because can't mix.

Korean car compajy always advertised this position every year Q4 as per buddies in automotive line. Their intel said only 1 position celery rm2k. Always hired new staff than less than a year staff resigned either voluntarily or maybe involuntarily taking blame for being incompetent. The sales hitting rock bottom and how come they didn't fire the marketing manager & director instead for failing to bring up Hwontai brand?

Those who took this position end of last year, 2017, 2016 & earlier could step forward to share story with everyone? Also the 1 who is getting this job later could tell us story before end of 2020 if got kicked out.

Local Car Sales 2018 until present 2019

Time for annual review.

P2 still on top just because of P1 still pending for more new Geely models. P1 should just get the latest engines & transmission from Geely for its barely new A & B segment models while waiting for new x50, binrui to come. Wonder why p1 hired that failure from Korean brand who was desperate to abandon the sinking ship (that he doesn't know how to save) after cny last year as their new head. He didn't do anything in hwontai at all other than hoping for free homework.

Honda is still way ahead of Toyota. Toyota trying to copy the bad examples of Honda instead of the good so it ended up losing customers to Honda here and also worldwide. AFTA tax exemption no more so the new Camry 2.5L is treated as foreign fully imported being taxed to max like Mazda 6 2.5L. Yet people still buy new camry just because it's Toyota.

Neesun so many qc issues due to defects and unqualified substandard vendors still can stay ahead of Mazda just because of its commercial vehicles sales. After more quality China cars being brought in, those crappy marketing will start panic.

New Mazda 3 being brought CBU from Japan being imposed max tax so expensive, guess they'll have to wait for ckd only to sell well, that time there'll be new Altis & Civic FL to compete with.

VW as always will sell in numbers whenever there's bargain sale. Despite some reliability issues, it still beat the koreans. Subaru with just 2 models that are sold at local trend pricing as its competitors managed to beat the 2 koreans. Numbers of complain on parts like bearing due to substandard vendors yet still beat koreans. If other Japanese brands look into the infamously known unreliable parts to attack, then sure die.

For kia, despite throwing high discount, the numbers sold monthly quite low. People would buy vios, city, mazda 2 than cerato at same price. The rio already dead probably.

Hwontai took ex-sellman that used to sell bimmer to replaced the previous head that fled to p1. Just becoz he's from bimmer showroom, he wanted all sellman to say hwontai cars are at bimmer level. Think customers will LOL in their hearts or puke upon hearing that. New elantra so ugly also wanted to bring in, at roadshow recently also ashamed to display, no new santa fe on recent roadshow neither. No wonder Peugeot also overtook hwontai.

Based on spotters, the 2 korean companies offered very poor trade in resale value to existing korean owners. Imagine the older santa fe when new bought at rm190k, now they offer so low price like no value at all, they think people will still dare to buy the new santa fe that will meet same fate as the previous 2 models it replaced?

Volvo seems to be losing popularity as its number of showroom decreased. The principal hired failures could be cause of falling sales apart from irrational Swedish mentality when making hybrids making the electric motor as primary while petrol engine secondary. During testing on fully flat floor middle hub battery, the petrol engine cannot start due to stupid ECM programmed to start electric motor first. The high unreliability in Electrolux really scare people away from buying Swedish cars that wanted to go full electronics. Better buy Mercedes and BMW.

The Cocoa Tree known for its chocolates on cheap bundle sale. Saw it still open yesterday. Today I went to sunway pyramid & midvalley both closed down. Sunway pyramid replaced by gadget shop and midvalley outlet replaced by ice cream shop, both covered by renovation board. Is Cocoa Tree ceasing all of its businesses?

Old Car Insurance Renewal Made Difficult

Old cars were eligible for comprehensive insurance coverage back then as long as the car still has value. During bijan, old cars only limited to 3rd party coverage. After PH taken over, they made it even worse restricting all private insurance companies from covering third party for old cars. All old cars third party insurance can only be done by Malaysian Motor Insurance Pool (MMIP). Normal general insurance companies became agemts earning only very little commission on behalf MMIP with limitation of 50 renewals per day. If an oldman that is the 51st customer to renew his old car on that day will have to come the next day. Need to photostat IC & registration card then complete a form to submit together on renewal every time despite not buying a new policy.

Looks like the G makes old cars insurance renewal difficult apart from the loan on purpose to discourage people from buying used cars and buy brand new so that they could tax more. New cars are so expensive due to high tax yet they want to make used cars worthless with hard loan & difficult insurance renwal. If used cars not much value that after certain years will cost so low, how many could afford to buy brand new Japanese cars other than p1 & p2 entry level? Even.maibi is overpriced now at rm40k range onwards for that small compact junk. Unless P1 start selling binrui at rm40k then different story.

Many go Midvalley causing jam to all sides today

Whether you're from Syed Putra, Brickfields, Bangsar, Cheras, Jln Klang Lama, all stuck in traffic before nearing the road section past Midvalley today. So many idiots trying their luck queuing into Midvalley where hope to find carpark space is zero. Are there no other malls left or these people are stupid? Some of them lost temper due to hot weather and jam driving like mad wanted to jump queue some more leading to 1 more lane stuck causing jam to others that aren't going to Midvalley.

At the end, many of these idiots ended up leaving without able to find carpark space wasted much fuel and precious weekend time with family for no reason. They should just take detour to other malls instead, simple thing like this also donno.

Rival dvelopers should build better malls nearby to help ease congestion caused by MidValley no carpark space. Also steal MV business to teach them lesson for causing jam.

Non-Halal & Halal Pools/Beaches in Hotels

The latest plan by G in approving halal hotel is a good move as certain things really can't mix just like restaurant that has halal and non-halal.

For existing hotels, they too should create halal pool for muslims that find non-muslims swimwear offensive separating non-halal pool for non-muslims that required proper swimming attire like speedo/arena/sunstreaker male speedo briefs and female 1 or 2 piece swimsuits.

For those who frequented pools and beach resorts, some non-muslims felt uncomfortable swimming in proper swimsuit when most muslims wearing tracksuits and burqinin. The same goes for muslims that find non-muslims wearing standard swimsuits inappropriate as well.

The best solution is to have halal and non-halal sections for pools and beaches which could improve business from both parties and international customers that are curious to see separate pool and beach section where everyone feels comfortable without bring offended by attire of neither parties

Midvalley vs Sunway Velocity Mall

Midvalley known to have worst carpark space that can't accommodate the numbers of shoppers. When they started, they had most space and there's always space regardless how jam but after they decided to build Gardens, Boulevard and few office blocks, they reduced carparks and didn't add more leaving shoppers with just few thousands spots to fight for.

Sunway Velocity at the other hand has far more thosands car park space and has most of the shops that can be found in Midvalley Why many still prefer to go to that crap no carpark Midvalley? This Midvalley expect people to shop and buy more goods yet they expect people to take public transport? Better I go to Sunway Velocity Mall then, only no GSC like Sunway Pyramid.

SST starts tomorrow?

2 of my friends,:
first an economic analyst bet SST will reduce price as it readjust the hidden sales tax that was never removed all these while.

the 2nd, an accountant said SST would cause price increase like what others said.

I personally agreed with my economic analyst friend. The G mentioned they wanted more people to buy goods and services to drive the economy. So most likely they'll reduce the hidden sales tax under to make goods more affordable. The G never mentioned anything about the percentage, only bunch of irrelevant people speculated 10% based on restaurant tax during old previous G time. Also not all goods and services applicable to SST.

There are still numbers of large companies management held by old rotten apples. There's no massive firing and replacement other than main GLC? If they purposely increase prices on their own and there's no strict enforcement that punish these culprits then these related goods price will go up.

Everyone believes price of goods will increase tomorrow so everyone minute shopping today causing massive jam at malls.

If SST reduced price of goods, car price confirmed lower and they will start war on each other. Everyone let's vote whether the new G makes things better for everyone. Is the price hike a rumour being made up just to make people buy more these past few months.

IT stores bought lots of goods after GST abolished as they predicted price will go up after SST implementation. AFAIK computer related goods are exempted from sales tax. Only GST kena. So if no change, there'll be plenty of stocks for us to buy. Too bad I have already upgraded by rig end of last year
