how to decide if i should take the job?

Hi everyone, so here is the situation. I have got an offer from Company A and i have to give my decision of whether to take it or not within the next few days. The thing is, I have applied to also my top choice, and it hasn't replied to me, but I am pretty sure they will reply pretty soon and schedule for an interview first before deciding whether or not to hire me. Now I am in a dilemma - should i take Company A's offer and move on, or ditch it and go all out hoping that Company B will hire me?
I have to give a reply soon to A and even if the HR at Company B replies me Monday (for an interview), it's pretty impossible to decide if they will employ me within one day since the whole interview is one long-haul process for the firm.

Please help!

What kind of specialists to see

Hello everyone. My mum has high blood pressure and type II diabetes. She was sent into the hospital back in June for lacking in potassium, and two weeks ago she was again in the hospital. This time around she was lack of sodium (her blood pressure that time was 200 which was extremely high, and blood glucose reading about 15. A scan on her brain showed that she had ischemic stroke). The doctor said that her kidneys are fine so her lack of potassium, and sodium was not due to her kidney conditions.

Now, i am confused as to what kind of specialists that i should bring my mum to. We were at the government hospital and i didn't have the chance to talk with the "big" doctor yet. One of the medical officers suggested endocrinologist, and another houseman said an internal medicine doctor might be the best choice. What do you guys think?

Thank you!
Hello everyone. I was introduced to Elken for their health supplements, things look good but i was wondering whether their prices justify the effectiveness? the products are really expensive and i wonder whether i can get the same effectiveness for another product with a much lower price. thoughts?

Suggest me a short-term but fast speed internet!

Hi! Malaysia's internet is soooo freaking slow it's driving me mad day by day. Before that i was planning to use Unifi but it required a long-term contract, and the thing is i will not be in Malaysia 3 months after. So, do you have any suggestion on which service provides fast/decent speed and doesn't require a long-term contract?

I am now using Yes but the GBs allocated is quickly used up. I signed up for the 9GB package and holy smoke it's used up within 10 days and now the speed is REALLY SAD. AND it's not cheap, mind you.

What do you think of Maxis? they have this: and the call center staff told me that the contract lasts for about 1 year. If i terminate the contract before 1 year, but as long as i can give them back all the modems/ phones/ accessories, then the termination fee will be waived.

https://new.maxis.com.my/content/maxis/en/p...CFUgB4godVAQAqw

Maxis is offering 20GB for $88, about the same price as YES but give me an extra 11GB.
OR do you guys know of any other better options for short term but with fast/decent speed?
