Partition HDD in Win 7 Ultimate

Hi, im using 1tb hdd, my partitions is 60gb + 300gb + balance.

I wanna change the partition to 30gb + 300gb + balance.

1. What software can i use?
2. What are the chances of spoiling my c: data? (cos i know partition got risk)

sorry i noob in pc stuff. i have experience using partition magic but my version cant support win7. i just bought this pc and the seller partition it tis way for me.... but i wan my 3rd partition to hold my videos... and c: i never use more than 20gb in my old pc.... 300gb for games + softwares. the c: is fresh now so i dun mind if something happens and i need reformat.

If im not clear please let me know

Ext DAC for Hifi

I need recommendation for an External DAC (or soundcard) for my hifi to use on my PC. My budget RM600. I dont like bright sounding DAC, would prefer more dynamic.

My setup:
Lossless>Philips PSC805>Chord Company ichord>Marantz PM7001>Van den Hul CS-122>Dynaudio Audience 122

This setup is too bright and harsh. Vocals all sound over trebled and has the sssssss sound behind the voices. I never noticed it before because i was previously using Logitech Z-5500D.

I have tried my friends Audiotrak Prodigy HD2 + rolled some opamps + stock RCA cable / ichord to the headphone out. Wow so much difference. Clear, sweet treble, good staging till the singer is properly centred unlike the PSC805 the singer is bloated in size, bass wise not much difference but i suspect the depth is better.

Mainly im looking for External DAC that can be used thru USB from my PC or Optical from PSC805 cause this way i can still use my PSC805 for normal PC speaker and dont need to unplug all the time.

Recommend me:
1. RM600 and below. (realistic budget)
2. Rm1000 and below. (if its worth it, i will get it)

Thanks in advance. I decided to open this thread cause i got ignored in recommendation thread
