selling bike process(under loan)

hello guys...need advise from all of you.

my bro have z250 year 2019 under loan BSNC until 2023

option 1 : selling the bike (need to find buyer though) and settle the loan, whatever balance get can topup for new bike

how the process to sell the bike actually since since its still under loan.

option 2 : balance loan 10k, thinking of downgrading to either honda rsx or whatever bike around that figure.

izzit possible to trade with kapcai with same shop. i assume z250 value is definitely higher than new kapcai. what are the process?

sorry if i did make myself clear. its just something me and my brother pondering about since that z250 he rarely used,better take kapcai easier to maintain.thanks.
