Acer Aspire S13 VS Asus Zenbook UX305UA

Basically, I'm looking for a light computer with good battery life to bring with me on work, which involves plenty of travelling. The i5 6200u and integrated graphics are good enough for my uses. My budget is sub rm4k.

So I've narrowed down my choices to these 2:
1) Acer Aspire S13
2) Asus Zenbook UX305UA

They both have similar specs in terms of the following:
-i5-6200u
-256gb ssd
-8gb ram
-1080p IPS display
-Battery seems to be good on both according to various reviews

The Acer is about rm600 cheaper at rm3400 compared to the Asus at rm4000, but apart from that there aren't any other major differences I can see between the two laptops.

So, does anyone have any experience with either of these laptops? What differences should I be aware of between the two? Is one definitely better than the other? Is the extra rm600 for the Asus worth anything? I've read an article here before that friends don't let friends buy Asus. Just how true is that with respect to this model?

Thanks

Sony Vaio S13p SVS13A36PGB

Hi. I was considering getting this laptop to replace my current Aspire 5755g:
http://www.sony.com.my/product/svs13a36pg
Its specs include: i7 3540, Nvidia gt640m le, 256gb ssd, 1.61 kg, 7 hours of battery life

However, I have a few questions and worries, which I was hoping you guys could help me out with, before I make the purchase:
1) Is Sony planning on refreshing the vaio lineup any time soon? Should I wait a few months for the prices to drop or for a newer model to be released?
2) Are Sony vaio laptops durable and lasting? I don't want to be spending 5799 on a laptop that can't last at least 3 years
3) Is the gt 640m le at least as good as a gt 540m, which is my current graphics card?
4) Are there any alternatives I should consider that might be cheaper? I want a dedicated graphics card, <1.8kg weight, long battery life and ssd memory. Also, a 13 inch screen is preferable. I can't seem to find any others that fit these criteria. Most 13 inchers lack dedicated graphics while others have poor battery life.

Finally, does anyone have this laptop? Because I can't find any reviews of it at all on the Internet. If you do, can you give me your opinions of it?
