Help on Clearing Debts

I jz found out a friend of mine was in debt for 2 years time. Being a friend, i wish i can give a thoughtful advice. So, i was hoping you guys can help me in giving some thoughtful suggestion to clear off this debts in a wisefull manner.

M has done a bad step borrowing money lender an amount from time to time till now accumulative 40k from a money lender. Back then, M gross income was only 2k. He borrowed from a license money lender with a 10% interest monthly. Now, M earns gross income 5k.

M has owed credit card debt about RM 4k. Issit possible for M to get personal loan? Last few months, M has tried but been rejected by one bank. Any1 can give any best solutions to settle his debt and together settling his credit card ???

Work part time in Australia

Anyone can give me guides wether its easy to get a part time job in Australia? I might be going there next year. Just dont want to sacrifice my shopping mood. Hehe.. So is there anyone can give me more details? On working hours limitations? Working jobs available? hehe.. thanks ya
