Customs/Duty on iStar Camera

Hello everyone,

I am hoping I can find a definie answer.

My sister is sending my camera from the US by DHL. Its a personal camera. Its a Specialized camera, the iStar Pulsar . ( company page http://www.nctechimaging.com/ ). Bought it in 2012, so I dont have any receipts for it.

From what I have read, there is no customs/import duty on cameras. but I am guessing they mean regular cameras/Dslr's . Would anyone know if I have to pay duties/customs for this particular camera? I am preparing just in case DHL or Customs office just want extra money.
