Both Hartamas Regency Condominiums are located in between Solaris Dutamas and Solaris Mont Kiara. They are located directly opposite the famous Publika, right at the junction when heading towards Solaris Mont Kiara from Publika. VIEW MAP HERE

Although not directly within Mont Kiara enclave, it has experienced the large jump in Capital Appreciation within the last few years. The opening of the famous Publika has further bumped up the value and appreciation of both Hartamas Regency 1 and 2.

Regency 1 was launched around the price range of RM200+ per square foot (psf), and has now touched the ranges of RM500psf.
Regency 2 as well was launched around RM300+ psf and is now looking at RM550psf. Both condos have appreciated well within these few years and yet are still considered largely undervalued seeing as other condos within its proximity have all gone above RM600psf including the oldest condo in Mont Kiara, Mont Kiara Pines which was completed in 1993 (20 years old!).

The conditions and maintenance of both Hartamas Regency Condos have been taken care of well, with only the expected wear and tear of age. Regency 1 has just gotten a fresh coat of paint not too long ago, which brightens up and modernizes the look of the condo immensely. Regency 2 also has been maintained very well by the developers, with repainting to be scheduled soon.
