Uber & Grab new regulation

I saw Uber and Grab updated their regulation to consider new applicants with cars manufactured 2011 and above only effective 1st October 2017. Is there anyway i can get around this regulation? I have a car that is 2008 and i am considering joining either Uber or Grab. Please pm me if it is not convenient to discuss openly. Thanks

Knee sleeves/wrap recommendation

Hi guys, need some recommendations on knee sleeves or wrap whichever you wanna call it. Hurt my knees some months back and Dr recommend putting on some knee guard during training. Looked into eleiko but nothing's confirmed. Love to hear some feedback from those who are using. Not so much on assisting squats, more for general protection keeping the knees warm.

Some background on knee injury: probably some minor tear on the ligament or patellar tendonitis. Exact diagnosis not confirmed without MRI. Does not hurt during squats or leg press but definitely no lunges or knee extension.

Wrist pain

Hi all, would like to hear about yr experience and feedback on wrist pain. It has been bugging me for more than a month now and it really hurts in supinated position in which i cant really do any form of bicep curl. Did some research, could be ulnar wrist. Any remedy for such cases?

Happened yesterday. Me doing incline bench. Half way through my sets while resting, one farker came along and wanted to clear all the plates. Thought i was finished with me still sitting on the bench. Fine. Not end of story. Finished last set, with me still huffing and puffing... asked me 'Are you done? ' Feel like slapping the teeth out of the douchebag face.
