Hi all,

Would like to check on some advice from some property sifu on buying a second hand property. Looking to commit to a condo selling for 630000. I understand that there would be additional cost involved other than downpayment listed below:

1. S&P stamping + legal fees = 18k (Calculateed with http://1-million-dollar-blog.com/calculato...uty-calculator)
2. MOT stamping (ownership transfer) + legal fees = 18k (wanted to verify)
3. Loan Lawyer - misc services ~20k (not too sure what this is covering either)
4. MRTA

Looking at the one time cost during sales. Not to mention the additional monthly commitment eg Maintenance + sink fund.

Some of the cost I have checked online and some by checking around with with friends. If I could get some info from the sifus here then it would be superb.
