Anyone bought from myprotein uk before?

So I purchased a big 10lbs bag of protein and creatine awhile back from myprotein UK site and shipped to Penang, Malaysia. My protein supply is running low and I would like to repurchase from them again but here's the issue : When the item was shipped, it got stuck in customs. I had to go over to the customs office and had my parcel re-checked and then take the invoice drive all the way to the government clinic to get my supplements certified while my parcel is still being held at the custom office then go back to the custom office and clear off my parcel. I'm also living and had the item shipped to my house in Penang Island while the custom office they held was in Penang Mainland even though there's a custom office in Island but I guess they just wanted to make my life difficult. So I asked them, if i were to repurchase again do I have to go through the same thing, they said yes. Btw, my total item was below RM500 so it was not subjected to gst tax.

My question is, did anyone of you who ordered have the same issue? If not, what did you do to not go through this whole thing. And I know poslaju will help be an 'agent' to clear off the parcel from customs but their fees are just too high.

The usual places I shop at are Zalora, Doublewoot, Twenty3, Kei Mag, Wardrobemess, Bluey Joyce, Hook Clothing, Carousell & A spoonful of clothes. So as the title suggest, I want to know what are you (clients) looking for when you request for a website design and development for your business. So far in market the basics of starting up a website will consist of:-
1. a professionally designed theme (not referring to pre-bought themes, I mean custom design)
2. setup of the website on CMS (wordpress, shopify etc)
3. responsive for mobile & tablet
4. basic SEO implementation such as description, keywords provided if your original content is SEO friendly aswell
5. contact form and/or google map attached
6. social media links and integration
7. blog
8. payment gateway integration if any or else paypal and offline banking.

So my question is aside from what I've mentioned above, what else can be added to provide a value added service for clients seeking for a website . I'm asking as a survey to further improve my business and I believe as the years go by people have more demands for what they want in their online presence and It's my interest to bring that to them.

Hi, I'm Ivy and I'm starting out my freelance personal training based in Penang Island. I've been seriously working out for the past 3 years mainly focussing on powerbuilding which is a combo of powerlifting style workouts with some body building routines. I also practice functional circuit training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) to keep my cardio interesting. Over the years, I've been researching, learning and continuously improving my techniques and knowledge in fitness and nutrition. Everything I practice is backed up by logical explanation, so no bro-science involved! Nutrition is the key to achieve your goals, and this is something that I've been heavily studying over the years to understand how and what type of food works for every set of goals. I also keep things interesting with my meals and always find ways to make my favourite meals healthy. So don't feel deprived when I say you need to take care of your diet, trust me you can enjoy delicious foods while living a healthy lifestyle. My main focus when I started working out was to loose weight and get in shape but overtime I've learned that my body is capable of doing so much more and I started challenging myself in terms of my strength and abilities and you can too!

My personal training sessions will start at once a week for about 1-1.5 hours depending on our workout that day. I don't set a strict time but would rather have you complete your workouts on the day of training. There's no magic pills to get fitter and healthier only you, yourself can make that change and be that change that you aspire to be.
