Alright so I got a new PC. After installing windows and necessaries motherboard driver I plugged in my gpu into the PCIe socket and do the usual stuff. My default BIOS setting had PCIe as the primary output. But when I try to boot up well my monitor says "No Signal". So currently I'm stumped. I don't have an extra rig to test the gpu on. The fan's spinning and everything.

Here's the spec

Powercolor Devil RX 470 4GB/D5

Gigabyte H110M-DS2 (DDR4 ver.)

Update as of 20/8/2016

- Everything working now. Brought back to Viewnet, lucky enough can return old monitor and top up to a new one. New one is using a BenQ monitor and using a DVI to HDMI cable as somehow my HDMI port on the gpu is blocked by the casing metal.

So overall now can achieve 45+- fps on witchar 3 on Ultra ( of course hairworks = off ) @1080p

Questions about furthering my studies.

So the UPU results came out and I didn't get anything. So right now I'm quite in a dilemma of furthering my studies. Should I go for the Rayuan or should I go for IPTS? Just now a letter from UniSel just came offering me to study there on 4th of June.

We don't have alot of money to well go into IPTS and the only option is to make a loan.

So what do? Really need some opinion.

This is currently my Skyrom with 150 mods. Atleast the FPS is not crying. Avg 45 fps outside and 60 fps indoors.

Tl;dr

The story on this game is sub par. Not even the likes of MGS2/3 level one. I'm quite sad at that part doe. Other than that the gameplay, graphic and overall details is quite amazaing. FOB still sh*tty since you can't bloody infiltrate anyone. Bloody f*ckin sh*tty server.

Edit : PS most of the story is in cassette tapes that you get. Kinda like peace walker.

Ok so finally 2 years. The rig is coming, but it's just a basic rig. With an AMD Athlon II X2 + a 9800 GT. So on Nvidia homepage it said minimum is 400w recommended. And since I'm an N-fag, and Nvidia uses low power consumption even with their new GTX 960, any brand I should look out? Currently budget for PSU is around RM 100-130.
