Just wondering should take the risk invest for mix development project?

What should consider since i less do shop investment?
1.Future Rental Rate?
2.Profit after flip it?

Seagate Expansion Drive 2TB Crash

I just get my 2TB seagate expansion delivery from oversea.
When start can use.It's under exFat format..after that i try to format to NTFS..
Before finish format,it hang there & can't move for few hour..after than show format failed.
after restart plug in again ,window can't detect Hard Drive anymore due to Manufacturer & SN Number Change to 000000000000.
Now totally can't format & can't get into diskpart to do anything.
Any idea how to fill back my SN number or Manufacturer Detail so can use back?
