What will SPA price affect?

Hi, can anyone advise what are the fees/charges are determine by SPA price besides stamp duty and legal fees? Here is the case, I am going to purchase a completed developer unit and I am given a chance to choose between 2 SPA prices. The legal fee is borne by the developer, I only need to pay loan stamp duty now and mot in few yrs time. As the developer is offering multi tier discount, the nett price of this unit will different by RM5,283 with different SPA price. If I opt for high SPA price i will get lower nett price but in exchange I need to pay RM2k extra mot in future. No matter high or low SPA price the loan amt will be more or less the same as high SPA price I will finance 80% whereas if low SPA price i will finance 90%. So now, I would like to know what are the other costs will determine based on SPA price? Will assessment fees affect by SPA price?

Car loan standing instructions

Hi guys, anyone of borrow car loan from public bank and repayment with standing instructions? My repayment is due on today but I checked my account it doesn't deduct any amount from my account although I have sufficient money for the bank to deduct.. I did call CS but they say need check with the branch I borrow from.. He also said normally it will deduct on today's midnight but the problem is if it deducts on 12am today means ady 10 Sep, will I subject to late payment charges then? Should I go manual repay using ATM before 12am today or just let it be?

Hi all, any Recommendations on car cover.. any brand recommendations, review or which material should I get? After survey I found that normally only those PVC material car cover available in the market.. Although some claim to be high quality but I worry that after direct hot sun the cover will melt and stick on my car paint.. Those who using PVC car cover did u all encounter this problem?

Hi all, how long would be the most ideal tenure for 50-60k car loan? After some calculation, the tenure from 7yrs onwards fit into my monthly commitment.. my budgeted monthly commitment would be around 700, so which loan amount and tenure above would be the most ideal? Or stretch to 9yrs regardless the loan amount so that to have better monthly cash flow or 10k spare money?

Hi all, I have a acer aspire v5-471g laptop, it shows 0%, plugged in, not charging, can I know is the battery prob or main board prob? I tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver, but nothing works. My laptop is unable to on without plug in AC and no sign of charging when the laptop is off. All the while the battery was rarely used, maybe one month only use once, the battery was fully charged last week. anyone can help with this prob? Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I keep getting this error in google chrome "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET" after use the internet for about 5 minutes, I need to keep on disconnect and reconnect before i am able to use for another 5 minutes. It is very annoying, is there any way to solve this?

I have tried the following commands too, but none of them help..

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset

Hi all, need advice on whether should I get the Sony A6000. Currently, I am using Canon 550d with 15-85mm, thinking of getting a lighter and smaller camera so that it is more convenient when travelling. Most of the time, I will be using the camera for traveling and sometimes I do go some landscape shooting with my friends. In terms of image quality and low light performance, which will be better? Other than Sony A6000, any other suggestions around the price range of A6000? Thanks.

I m using a acer desktop which runs on DDR2 RAM. The problem is sometimes this pc cannot be on, as it does not has "beep" sound when I on it( blank screen, without anything, cannot go in BIOS but motherboard is running ). Normally there will be a "beep" sound when I on the pc which means the RAM is working. When I remove the ram and on the pc it has long "beep" which shows that the pc cant detect ram, then when I reinsert the ram back after cleaning the contact on the ram sometimes it works but sometimes it doesnt ( no beep). When I put the ram to other pc it works fine, so I believe it is not the ram problem. Is it the ram slot problem? or is it the motherboard problem?
