LYN support illegal activity?

We all know that link to illegal download site is not allow here.

We know almost 99% of the usage of seedbox,rapidleech,torrent etc is also related to download from warez.

But why the service is still permitted in here?

2nd case is about the verify paypal,why VCC is still allow to sell here as we can use maybank debit card to verify it.
Unless the person is using the paypal for illegal activity then VCC can help in the activity without the trace.
Same concept with selling paypal is now cannot done at LYN due to paypal already allow to withdraw to bank acc.

i got a scrpt tht look like friendster-->making friend script
it system requirement as shown below

* PHP 4.1.2 or higher with safe_mode disabled
* Zend Optimizer 2.1.0 or higher
* Unix/Linux or Windows Apache webserver (Windows IIS Servers are not compatible with this script)
* MySQL database
* FTP access
* HTML experience if you wish to modify the templates

i wan to host it at my Univesiti LAN
they call it webserver?

why after i switch on my pc,
i check at task manage thr,
it state tht processes:48 commit charge:305777k/619284k
is it normal?
some more,when i open hotmail.com
when wan sign in hotmail,it hang,
cpu usage at 100%
