Cyber Cafe business investment

Hi i am planning to open a cyber cafe in SS15. Before that i would like to ask some pro sifu master here who have experience with CC business stuff.

Question:
1. PC, Accessories and Equipment such as : Desk, Chair, Counter and etc.( Maximum 80 Computer )
( Each PC i think can get cheap because order 80PC straight )

2. How do i find the software company who can provide the software and games to install to all computer. ( and how much is it for 80PC )

3. Server fees and stuff. ( May i know the initial cost to start a server and also the monthly fees for server internet ? )

4. The important one : Lisence... I heard a some say is hard to get because need know some one or give rasuah... But some say easy to get but pay 100K per year for license. Which is true ?

5. Monthly expenses on Electric, Water Bill. ( Any one open cc before can let me know ? for 80PC )

So far i think only these 5 problem... Let me know if i forgot to mention which stuff.

Hi, actually i bought this Lenovo Y400 Laptop more than 6 month already in Plaza Lowyat ( forget which floor ). I buy DOS version,because i think window 7 with a good spec laptop will very smooth and its cheap. i ask the guy install window 7 pro for me and also those adobe master collection..etc. When playing game the graphic is very good and smooth. but when everytime when i open PC it takes a very long time, ( slower than the old laptop ) some time after finish load after start laptop need wait more 2-3 min only can launch those apps ( mozilla firefox, google chrome or other stuff ) . why a good spec will lag when starting laptop ? is it the Window problem ? ( this laptop is actually window 8 ) i install it with window 7

I just bought an iPhone 5S 16GB gold at a DiGi Shop with RM88plan 2 weeks ago, the DiGi shop is at Kajang ( not a big city place ) actually i want to buy the iPhone 5S Silver or Gold in Midvalley or The Mines but sold even the machines also no stock so i go the kajang DiGi store. then i ask for the iphone 5s they say they have stock and have the Gold colour also and i was shocked and i ask is it the Gold is more expensive ? ( because i went to a lot shop such as Celcom, Maxis and other Kajang Digi center they only sell iphone Gold without plan, means they sell it higher price like 2.8k - 3.2k ) but the Kajang Digi center staff say the iphone 5S Gold can sign with the plan and the price is same. then i was so happy and decide to buy it that day. after i bought it runs ok then when go back my house and download facebook and play open just few task like facebook, safari but No Game , everthing is clean. it feels a bit hot around 30-40 degree. then i restore all the files and document that i back up from the old iphone 4 to my new iphone 5s i think still gt 7-8GB available then i download asphalt 8 and play, i thought the game runs very smooth on a brand new iphone 5S but the result is the game runs no lag but the frame is very low around 45fps and when the games ( car crash or bang something ) and then frame when to 25-30 FPS. is it the DiGi store sells the AP phone ? because this DiGi store is a small store and it located in a shopping center and surrounding gt a lot rojak AP phone shop. how to determine an iphone whether is second handed or AP or Fake or Original ?? pls help
