Bicep not growing

Hi guys,

I have been working out for a year or so. I can see massive gains on my arm size but when I did curl, no peak is shown

I am really sad about it and others was like, you've been in the gym for years and still didnt see any improvement on your arms

Any advise?

HLA Saving Plan

Hi, I was approached by an agent recently from one of the agency under HLA.

From the way he proposed to me, the plan is more or less like this.

It is a 6 years saving plan, for eg, if you deposit 10k/y, you will have return of 2k every year. which is 20% of it.

On top of it, on the 2nd year of your deposit, they will give you another 5.25% on top of your return. This can be explained like this:

1st year - 2k (return)
2nd year - 2k (return) + 5.25% + 1st year 2k = 2nd year total return.
3rd year - continue from above calculation.

It is basically a compound interest of 5.25% every year until maximum 30 years.

During your time of saving, if you wish to withdraw out, yes you may but it will have surrender value which means the value that you are getting back is definitely not high (exact amount is not explained)

The agent said this whole plan is covered under PIDM which even one day the company close down or anything bad happen to the company, PIDM will assure you will gain back 100% of it. As compared to plan that's not covered under PIDM, you may get back maybe 20-30% of it only.

So, I am here asking all the seniors and sifus.

Hi guys, I have been working out for a year and apparently I have gain some muscle and my body looks slightly better and I am now 70.6KG 175CM and with a 22% body fat.

So, I am listing my weekly training plan over here as well as diet. Hopefully some sifu or master here can advise me a little bit so that I can grow even more muscle and looks even bigger.

Monday - Chest

Bench Press - 4 sets of 8-10 reps (15kg per side exclude the barbell)
Incline Dumbbell Press - 4 sets of 8-10 reps (15kg dumbbell per side)
Incline Dumbbell Fly - 4 sets of 8-10 reps (10kg dumbbell per side)
Cable Crossover - 4 sets of 8-10 reps as heavier as I can.
Butterfly - 4 sets of 8-10 reps as heavy as I can.
Dips - If I am not fully exhausted I would do 2 sets with many reps as I can.

Tuesday - Arms

Close Grip Bench Press - 4 sets 8-10 reps (5kg per side exclude the barbell)
Barbell Curl - 4 sets 8-10 reps as heavy as I can
Bench Dips - 4 sets 15 reps with body weight
Hammer Curl - 4-5 sets 8-10 reps (10kg dumbbell)
Ez Bar Skullcrusher - 4 sets 8-10 reps (15kg barbell)
Dumbbell Curl - 4 sets 8-10 reps (10kg dumbbell)
Seated Tricep Press - 4 sets 6-8 reps (17.5kg dumbbell)
Dip Machine - 4 sets 8-12 reps (110kg)
Cable Hammer Curl - 4 sets 8-10 reps as heavy as I can
Preacher Curl - 3 sets 8-10 reps as heavy as I can

So guys, basically this is my training plan and I have been working out with this plan 5 days per week. And I don't really have a diet plan except just like,

Morning - Oat meal + Green Apple

Lunch - Less rice, more vege and 1 chicken meat / fish.

Tea break - Sandwich or sometimes none.

Dinner - Rice or noodles. But small portion. Egg white if I hit the gym that day.

Then Company B (company which I always wanted to go in) asked me for an interview. Is it possible that if Company B offered me and I accepted, then I ask Company B to pay the amount that Company A used to buy me off to return to A?

Will I involved in any legal discipline?

Hi there, I have a confusion right now. I am now working at a MNC in penang as a permanent position, then I get offered to go another MNC but is under contract for a year. Note that my contract is referring to agent, not an internal contract.

what do you guys think? stay as a permanent or risk myself to go for contract?

The agent offered me more than 20% increment for this.

Eliminates tummy!

Wish to eliminate my tummy, did some walking and running for 30min per day. Went to gym like 3/7days as I am quite busy with my work. Besides that, I also did exercises like dumbbell, barbell to train other part.

My meal per day is:

Morning -> Normal breakfast with noodles + coffee.

Lunch -> Rice, sometimes noodle with small portion.

Dinner -> 2 eggs after gym.

Please correct me if I am doing it wrong.
