Looking for a good lazy front end developer!

You know the kind of guy who knows how to convert an ugly squiggly lines on an A4 paper to a functional HTML (that people can click and interact with) but hates writing vanilla HTML and CSS, instead (s)he write it in HAML, Jade, markdown or any damn templating engine, so you focus on the final output and not spend time hunting for missing div endings.

Our lazy guy should know his way around CSS, the browsers' box modules. And as every lazy guy we know, (s)he should refuse writing CSS without LESS or Compass! and his tooling should include grunt! (Don't like grunt? suit yourself, gulp it is then!)

Knowing a bit of JavaScript is a must, oh you know more than a bit? tell us more! I would love to throw you with the back end guys to do some node.js work! "eventually, but only after you prove that you know your ECMAScript6 from your ECMAScript5"

Our goal is to get all of our front end guys to be as close as possible to a full stack developer (yes, we got a couple in the office) who started off as HTML coder wannabes with ambitions, to guys that can ssh to server and deploy fault tolerant database architectures (and we are proud of it).

Oh yah, one more thing, please know your git.

Essentially, it's a .saver application for Mac which activates the webcam to produce awesome OpenGL visuals from camera samples. This has inspired me to do a variation whereby I can use Motion Capture algorithms to activate and deactivate my laptop screens.

Would it be possible for any of you to point me towards the correct tech I can use to do this? Besides .net of course. I hear that it's a b*tch to work with. But then again, I'm a noob, so what do I know.
