setting up home networking

i am so sorry to open new thread but i am desperately looking for a solution on hows should be the networking connectivity

i am planning to use old router to be AP point, meanwhile ignore mesh because for some reason the signal is not strong in my house.

looking at the picture, BTU is the only unit can be place in the box terminal right? and "main router" will be place on the L2.

my question is how to connect the remaining AP router in say L1 and L3?? since the "main router" only have spare LAN outlet (how this LAN connect back to box terminal?

or
BTU and router have to place in the terminal BOX?

can anyone enlighten me what are the procedures for the following scenario

thinking to buy car from direct owner but direct owner wish to keep his car plate number

so

owner first need to do puspakom inspection. B2/B5?
settle the "new car plate" on the old car. can i give my newly registered number under my name or i have to ask him buy on behalf of me.. coz i like A* plate, the car now is v*.
then he give me voc, i go settle bank loan, then loan approve proceed to jpj thumbprint for old owner and new owner?
