These project listed below:&lt;br /&gt;1) I-City, Sec 7 Shah Alam&lt;br /&gt;2) Magna Eco City, Sec 15 Shah Alam&lt;br /&gt;3) Tropicana Metro Park, Sec 13 Shah Alam&lt;br /&gt;4) Utropolis, Glenmarie, Glenmarie Shah Alam&lt;br /&gt;*Potential mix development project by BRDB next to Tropicana Metropark&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All these project expected to complete in the year 2017.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All of them got quite the same structure which are: &lt;br /&gt;1) Service apartment&lt;br /&gt;2) SoHo&lt;br /&gt;3) Megamall @ very big shopping complexes&lt;br /&gt;4) located next to Federal Highway&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My question:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) which one you think is better for investment?  &lt;br /&gt;2) does the Supply going to match the demand? - its going to be HUGE amount of supply in 2017. &lt;br /&gt;3) Federal Highway already jam like hell. do you think the highway able to support these large amount of people in 2017?&lt;br /&gt;4) Only i-city confirmed that LRT will reach their development project in 2020. How about others? &lt;br /&gt;5) is there any LRT/MRT plan in Shah Alam?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lets discuss&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>
