            <description>Property by Exim &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Close to Pavilion Bukit Jalil &amp;amp; LRT Awan Besar station. Covered walkway to LRT. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Plan is for investment either rental or Airbnb. Agent says that area can fetch about RM1800 rental, is that true? I hear the traffic jam is massive and can risk oversupply in that area. But then there&amp;#39;s close proximity to highways, amenities and public transport, so would that counter the oversupply or traffic? From another thread I read that the price per sqft is quite high at about RM900 per sqft but isn&amp;#39;t that normal already over there? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not sure if freehold or LH, and also about the parking -  waiting for agent to update. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From my checking, i think this condo is the closest to an lrt station in BJ. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What are your suggestions? Is this a good move? Or are there better options for the same price range?</description>

            <title>Computing-KDU vs SEGI vs MMU (PLEASE HELP)</title>

            <description>i really need HELP here, would be prefereble if replies are from students of these colleges, others are welcome as well..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i want to do my degree in computing and would like to major in computer security or computer forensics or security technology...i know MMU is really good but has lots of bad comments about the campus. Moreover MMU either has a computer science degree or a security tech degree....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i dont want my degree do right away major or to be too broad. I prefer it to be included with the best of both worlds.
