RAM DDR3 claimed as DDR3L

The seller claimed that this APACER 8GB DDR3 1600 as the low voltage ram (DDR3L).
But as i know DDR3L have 1.35V instead of 1.5V of voltage.

Did the seller tell the truth??

CPU setup for simulation

Guys, i need some help and opinion from you..
Mobo in my old cpu setup was out. Im planning to built a new one with some parts from the old setup.
Im using this pc for my work and research in Simulation and modeling using MAtlab and Hysis. No graphic is needed i think because im not playing games with this pc. Just need it to connect with dual monitor. My budget was around rm1500.

The old setup:
AMD athlon 64 X2 6000+
Asus m2n-e
2+2+1+1 GB ddr2 800 (planning to use with my E4600 setup)
PSU 450w but i dont remember the brands
750GB black caviar
Xigmatek Balder SD1283 heatsink
CM casing

Apart from proc, mobo and ram, I am planning to use all the item back.
Together with this new setup

i7-4790
Asrock H81M-DGS
2* 8GB Kingston KVR1600 DDR3

What your opinion regarding this setup?

stronglifts 5x5

Guys, I need some help/tips/suggestion..
I'm trying to follow the stronglifts 5x5 routine.
however, there are no Power Rack at the gym. There are only Smith machine available there for squatting purpose.
In the stronglifts website already mention about how important to avoid using the machine.
Any of you have try follow the routine using the machine? Any tips to avoid injury if using this machine perhaps.

Windows Explorer Not Responded (Windows XP)

hello..i need some help..
just install new mobo and proc..
after install Window XP, the pc start up as usuall..
but then i realize some prob..

1) i can access all the file in OS partition..then, its not a prob..
2) in other hdd,i only can use the window explorer until i get into the file that i needed..when double click it, the windows explorer will not responded immediately.
3) in another hdd, i just can open the hdd from my computer..then windows explorer will not responded..

so, can u help me to solve this prob..

before change to new mobo and proc, never had prob like this..
all of the hdd have the drama and movie file..

help..
im using 2 lcd with 1 cpu.. The primary is 22'' widescreen LCD while the secondary is 19'' non widescreen..
currently running it with Sapphire HD3850 gc...
Nothing wrong with the setup i think.. because I can drag all the work i want to do between these 2 lcd..
Only when im playing movie or video clip, there are blank in the secondary monitor..when i dragged back to
the primary, picture is like usual..
Not using any software for this setup except from ATI and windows properties..
Hwo can i make the video work for both of monitor??
