Forgot to mention earlier:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sale price: RM165,000 (open for negotiation)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Option 1: Full takeover including business and trade name&lt;br /&gt;- Monthly revenue RM55 - 65k&lt;br /&gt;- Monthly take home RM10k - RM15k (profit immediately after taking over)&lt;br /&gt;- Continue business as it is. 1 supervisor and 4 fully trained staffs that can handle everything&lt;br /&gt;- Rental: RM5,300 and comes with a large basement. Currently used as store only&lt;br /&gt;- Sale price includes taking over security deposit as well as staff hostel deposit&lt;br /&gt;- Full kitchen equipment and furniture (lock, stock and barrel)&lt;br /&gt;- Current layout can fit 60-70 customers (excluding outside seating)&lt;br /&gt;- Handover of recipe, SOP guidelines, supplier contacts&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Option 2: Premise takeover with all kitchen equipment and furniture etc&lt;br /&gt;- Rental: RM5,300 and comes with basement.&lt;br /&gt;- Sale price include taking over security deposit as well including staff hostel deposit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Reason for selling: Really not enough time to run a few businesses at once. I&amp;#39;m currently involved in 2 other businesses: Printing and Courier. If i have 34 hours a day then I definitely will not give up this restaurant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Frankly speaking, the restaurant is already self sustainable. It only requires the owner to be present during certain hours mainly to PR and build relation with customers. Existing kitchen crew can manage everything else (preparation, cooking, serving, cleaning, stock check, training new people etc).             <title>Any completed projects with extra rebates?</title>

            <description>Anyone who knows if there are any project that is completed or completing soon where they have extra rebates to clear the remaining units? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recently came across some projects in Cyber where they give up to 12% additional rebate on top of current ones. There is a completed low rise condo in Subang SS19 which is also giving additional rebates to clear off the remaining units.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Would be glad if there are people sharing what they came across recently because normally will not be able to find a full list of such projects.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im looking for around 1000-1500 sf unit for ownstay with budget less than 1mil. But looking for those with special or additional rebates and not those with normal 10% rebates only.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Appreciate it if you could help me out here and anyone reading this post.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks&amp;#33;</description>
