Mobile Internet Plan Validity for Prepaid

Hello all, pardon me if this is a noob question, it has been 15 years since I last used a prepaid plan.

So now I'm on Maxis postpaid but want to switch to either Hotlink or Xpax prepaid.

I see Xpax has RM28 for 800Mb monthly internet prepaid, Hotlink has RM30 for 1Gb monthly prepaid.

What confuses me is Hotlink plan, is it I just need to top up, let say RM35 so I can use the 1Gb + RM5 credit for SMS/Calls which will last for 1 month?
Or I need to follow the hot ticket thingy, which is RM30 for 30 days + another RM30 for the internet?

Same goes as Xpax plan, but I think Xpax plan I can just reload RM35 every month to get 800mb and RM7 calls/sms with 1 month validity.

Hope you guys and shed some light, thank you!

Employer Tries To Play Fool

Hi all,

Need some advices on this because we've never encounter this kind of terrible treatment before.

1. Company has a special incentive, which is oversea trip for employee who can achieve consecutive months of Excellent Performance.
2. (This is actually a fake oversea trip as the employee will be sent to oversea to WORK at an event of the company, let say like 7 out of 10 days of the trip you will be working) - Ridiculous
3. Other than the consecutive months of Excellent Performance requirement, there is no any other special terms or requirements stated in ANYWHERE.

So now, my friend performs greatly in last year and able to achieved the consecutive months of Excellent Performance, he's granted to go for the oversea trip.
However, for some personal reason, my friend is not able to travel oversea alone for so long (need to take care of old parents at home), so he asked for cash incentive instead.
This cash incentive is done before by a pregnant colleague who also achieved the same thing two years ago.

Okay, now's the catch.

The boss now tell my friend, in order to receive the money in cash term, he will need to stay for another 1 year (means new contract, currently is a permanent staff), WTF is this shit?!
This term is never mentioned before in the incentive, but now they try to play fool with the staff?

Now they ask if my friend agree then the HR will prepare a document or contract to sign on this...

Any idea what should my friend do?

PM me I'll let you know what company is this if you curious, so you can tell your friends to stay away, there's more shitty things they do, a quite famous company somemore
