Hi guys, I'm dying to know how to create the glowing effect when the mouse pointer hovers over a link.

What I'm looking for is exactly like how the links on this forum glow from black to orange when the mouse is over it.

I am going to use this for blogger, so please teach me the CSS or html coding.

Hi I've done a search throughout the forums and found no reliable information about the pre-installed modchip in the PSP.

If it's illegal to discuss that here then I'm sorry, but I just wanted to know how much it costs in Malaysia (KL) , or how much a brand new PSP 1.5 firmware costs.
